Smashed. I feel like I’m dangling on the precipice of puking. I’m not too sure where the night went so wrong…but it did. Ryan Kalil, pro-bowl center for the Carolina Panthers, made a bold statement the other day by taking out an ad in the Charlotte Observer that stated the Panthers would win the Superbowl this season. I like it. In our eighteen year existence, we’ve never had anyone proclaim that we would win anything. It is time. I personally feel like the Panthers are primed for a big run this season. Will it culminate in a Superbowl victory? I don’t know, neither does Ryan, but if you don’t believe it is a possibilty…then the dream is already lost. Hell, at least the story made it to ESPN and got people talking.

I went to see Christopher Nolan's "The Dark Knight Rises" today at the Epicenter. As I sat in the theatre waiting for the movie to begin, I began to think about the horrible shooting that place in Aurora, CO this weekend. First off, Colorado does practice the death penalty, so just know that James Holmes will die by lethal injection.
